Educational Webinar Series
Understand your body's signals before you push through them
Macage hosts a series of live and recorded sessions built for people who train, move and stay active but rarely get a full picture of how movement, food, stress and rest actually connect. Each session breaks down one piece of that picture in plain language, without trends or jargon.
Movement Quality
How everyday posture, gait and mobility patterns show up in training and daily life.
Nutritional Awareness
Building a working sense of how eating patterns support energy and activity levels.
Recovery & Stress
Looking at rest, sleep habits and stress load as part of a balanced routine.
What Each Session Covers
Four topics, one connected picture
The series is organized around four recurring themes. You can join sessions in any order, though many participants find it helpful to move through them roughly in this sequence over a few weeks.
Movement Quality
When a knee feels off during a run or a shoulder gets cranky mid-workout, the cause is often further away than expected. These sessions walk through how joints, tissue and habitual patterns interact during common activities.
Nutritional Awareness
When energy dips mid-afternoon or recovery feels slower than it used to, eating patterns are often part of the conversation. This module covers how meal timing, variety and hydration habits relate to activity.
Stress Management
When sleep gets thin and motivation dips, stress load is frequently in the background. This session looks at how everyday stress interacts with training capacity and general wellbeing.
Recovery Habits
When soreness lingers longer than expected, recovery routines are worth a closer look. This session covers rest structure, gentle mobility work and pacing between sessions.
Our Approach
Education first, no shortcuts implied
Macage was built around a simple idea: active people usually pay close attention to their training, yet the surrounding habits, food, rest, stress, often get far less thought. Our sessions aim to close that gap with clear, general information rather than a fixed plan.
Every topic is presented as educational content meant to help you ask better questions about your own routine. Nothing here replaces guidance from a qualified healthcare provider or coach who knows your specific situation.

Inside a Session
What attending actually looks like
Movement demonstrations, explained slowly
When a presenter shows a mobility drill, the session pauses to explain why the joint moves that way and what it might indicate about daily patterns. Nothing is rushed and questions are welcomed throughout.
Practical notes, not meal plans
The nutrition awareness sessions use worksheets and journaling prompts so attendees can reflect on their own patterns. There is no prescribed diet handed out at the end.
Recovery covered without the guesswork
When soreness or fatigue is the topic, the session walks through pacing, sleep structure and gentle mobility as general concepts, leaving room for each attendee's own circumstances.
