Our Mission
Why we built a webinar series instead of another program
Macage exists because a lot of useful information about whole-body care is scattered across specialists, articles and social feeds. We wanted a single, structured place to walk through it slowly.
Where the Idea Came From
Training gets attention. Everything around it often doesn't
Active people tend to track workouts closely, yet the habits that support them, sleep timing, everyday food choices, stress load, movement outside the gym, often get far less structured thought. That gap is what the series was built to address.
Rather than build another single program, we chose a webinar format because it lets a topic breathe. A session on recovery habits can spend real time on why pacing matters, instead of compressing it into a bullet point inside a broader plan.
Our Approach to Education
Four principles that shape every session
Grounded Explanations
Concepts are explained with reasoning attendees can follow, not shortcuts or catchphrases borrowed from fitness culture.
Plain Language
Technical terms are introduced gradually and defined clearly so sessions stay useful whether or not you have a background in exercise science.
Self-Paced Structure
Recordings and notes stay available so you can revisit a topic whenever it becomes relevant to your own week.
No One-Size-Fits-All Promises
Content is presented as general education. We are upfront that individual circumstances vary and that a qualified professional is the right resource for personal guidance.
What We Are Not
A clear line around what this series does
Macage does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace the relationship you have with a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian or licensed coach. Sessions are educational in nature and intended to widen general understanding, not to direct individual decisions.
If a topic raises a specific concern about your own health, the appropriate next step is a conversation with a qualified professional who can look at your particular situation.
